Each year, teachers bring over 60,000 students to the Exploratorium, San Francisco's intentionally renowned hands-on science museum. Now teachers and students can create a mini-Exploratorium in their classrooms.
The EXPLORATORIUM SCIENCE SNACKBOOK is designed by science teachers, for science teachers. Cross-referenced to the California State Science Framework, each Snack has been thoroughly tested -- by teachers, in the classroom, with their students, from grade 4 up through high school. Teachers from all grade levels will find the SCIENCE SNACKBOOK a resource of ideas and creative solutions.
A leader in science education, the Exploratorium is designated as a Regional Science Resource Center by the California Department of Education.
