Subject: AP Physics;advice

I am teaching AP physics for the first time this year and need advice on
how to grade/evaluate/weight homework. What % of the total grade is it?
Do you grade on effort, timeliness, accuracy?? Or does homework even
matter at all in an AP course?

I would really appreciate any advice at all about grading and pacing an AP
Physics class--thanks, everyone!
