I tried to do the "Electrical Fleas" project but for some reason it isn't working. Should the piece of plastic actually be touching the bits of Styrofoam or should it be hovering over the Styrofoam.Please help me my science project is due November 26, 2001. Only a week from tomorrow and I am really pressed for time.
