Hi, Here's a good one for a Friday afternoon:
 
How can I found out about small businesses that occupy leased space (in
California, by zip or county)
What I would REALLY like is to be able to develop a listing of both
business-tenant/type of business and landlord/building owner -with
contact information for both.
(it gets better, really)
and if I could get a breakout of those businesses/landlords by ethnic
group ,,,,well, then my patron would really think I am a Goddess of
Information.
 
I can get general information/numbers about Minority owned business from
the Census Survey of Business Owners (the minority groups info is due
for release shortly)
I can find listings of minority owned business from various associations
- and I saw mention of a D&B MWBE, but this is not available through
Dialog.
(I will check directly with D&B)
 
The piece I am casting about with is the leased space and landlord
stuff....any ideas on that much appreciated.
(all this is California specific)
 
Like I said, something for a Friday afternoon and thanks to any one with
ideas.
