Thanks for all the quick replies - to the list and to me privately.
You weren't stumped at all!

Although I can't say you've renewed my faith in corporate America...I
am happy to know of the corporate help that is pouring in. If anyone
hears of any of the above mentioned companies (original post)
publicly stepping forward, give a shout.
