Deb, you could've asked the nearest librarian, 20 feet away, me: it's Judy
Anderson's "Visible and Vocal Librarian." Here's some history on it, with
the URL of her cafe Press shop (and the image):

About a month ago [from November 16, 2003 -- jf] I posted an image to one
of these lists as an alternative to the library action figure. I was
surprised to receive numerous requests that I make it available as a
t-shirt, mug, mousepad, bookbag. So I have done so (even added a thong).

For those interested these can be found at

Stack of books, check; computer, not in hand but on stack, check; and a
Sword of Constitutionality which may be a post-election addition, as I
don't remember it from the first time around. (Or I could be wrong.)
