The discussion list stopped sending out messages since sometime on
Wednesday, but our webmaster, Ron Hipschman, got it rebooted. There
was a message backlog which is being dealt with now, so expect to get a
surge of emails in the next hour. If you do not see a message that you
sent out recently, wait a bit, and if it still does not appear, please
resend.
