Subject: Bayline Articles for first issue in the Fall!

Dear Members,
 
Bayline does not publish during the summer but the September issue is already in the works!
 
Please submit articles to me at this addess by August 1. I will send another reminder in the middle of July but plan to cut off acceptance for the first issue on July 31. I have a lot to learn and want all the material in so that I can get this new program under my belt.
 
So, PLEASE BE KIND AND BE PROMPT!
 
According to Joshua, our wonderful outgoing editor, document formatting should be:
 
PLAIN TEXT -- No bold, italics, columns,
FONT -- New Times Roman or Courier
LENGTH -- 1000 word limit. Approximately two double spaced pages.
 
As for images (iffy but possible):
 
IMAGES -- JPG or GIF format are fine.
Download time of 5 seconds or less. !Important!
72 DPI for web publication.
Image size is variable.
Please keep the image "publishable" because I probably won't have time to fix it, especially on this first issue.
