Do any of you follow the CALIX listserve? They have a debate going on
currently regarding stereotyping. I like this fellow's postings.

Subject: Brand new librarian
Great news!
I have a brand new librarian for everyone to sit in judgment of.
Station Agent is out there in the theaters with a librarian in it -- and
no indication of where she got her MLS, no recitation of the intricacies of
Internet searching. Just an astonishingly well told tale with a librarian
smack
in the middle of it. Well, maybe a little off center. Oh, and she's
pretty.
Oh, and she kisses a dwarf. Oh, and she's blonde.
Take off your glasses and let the books fly!
